Booking WITHIN 1 week = deposits are taken 48 hours prior to event start
Booking 1+ week in ADVANCE = deposits are taken 1 week in advance
Booking 1+ month in ADVANCE = deposits are taken 1 calendar month in advance
Deposit Sum = 1/2 of total quote
Outstanding amount taken post-event conclusion & before any post-processing (editing)
Expected delivery time is 72 hours after event conclusion, accelerated delivery will be quoted upon inquiry.
Whole Day
For a full day event, such as day-trips, symposiums or sporting tournaments
(approximately 5-8 hours).

Half Day
This is typically for an event that takes around half a day such as conferences, short trips or golf rounds
(approximately 4-5 hours).

Hourly Rate
For shorter events such as a musical/concert/sports-fixtures
(approximately 1-3 hours).
